Cynllun Cyllideb
It was reported that £19,280.54 (including bank charges) had been spent since the beginning of the new financial year, which is £5,078.84 less than the amount budgeted for the year.
Wi-Fi yn y Neuadd
The Clerk reported she had spoken with Mr. Rob Lewis regarding this matter, and he agreed to explore different options on behalf of the Council.
Yellow Lines near Llandanwg Station
The Clerk/Cllr. Annwen Hughes reported she had been informed that the Traffic Service had met to discuss the proposed traffic schemes and had agreed to proceed with the installation of the above yellow lines, despite receiving only one letter, which they considered as a comment rather than an objection. The Legal Department will now proceed to confirm the order, and they will arrange for contractors to come to paint the lines and also install signs. It was noted that these lines have been installed.
Telephone Mast Installation on Foel Gerddi
The Clerk reported that this matter was placed on the agenda because correspondence had been received requesting comments from Members regarding the installation of a telephone mast at the above location. The Clerk reported that this letter had already been sent to the Members. It was agreed that there were no comments on this, but Members would be pleased to know how much of an area this mast serves.
Listed Building Consent to install a decorative stone wall to divide the living room to create a second bedroom and install a fire door in place of the current bedroom access door – The Cottage, Tŷ Mawr, Llanfair (NP5/66/LB32F):

The Treasurer reported that £7,774.07 is in the current account and £5,529.72 in the savings account.
Despite Mr. Kerr’s notification to open the late Mr. Lambert’s grave not being accepted, the Members unanimously agreed to pay this once the Clerk receives it so that the payment can be shown in the current financial year.
The Treasurer further reported that he had asked Ms. Luned Fon Jones from the Finance Department, Gwynedd Council, if she would be willing to act as the Council’s Internal Auditor again this year, and she had agreed to this.
Gwynedd Council – Highway Department
Received a letter from the above informing the Council of its intention to change the deficient steps on public footpath No. 13 near Cilbronrhydd and cut gorse and reinstall a gate for opening/closing on public footpath No. 34 Ty’n Llidiart Mawr.
Ysgol Ardudwy
Received a letter from the above requesting financial assistance for upgrading the current tennis court located at the school by installing a new fence around it and developing a multi-purpose field. It was agreed to contribute £500 towards this work.
Ms. Rachel Heal
Received a letter from the above, who is a parent to a child attending Hafod Lon School, requesting whether the Council would be willing to make a financial contribution towards ordering a special bike for children at Hafod Lon School, Penrhyndeudraeth. It was agreed to contribute £500 towards ordering the bike.
A discussion was held regarding holding a public meeting with the HAL Board in Llanfair, and it was agreed not to do this because the Council receives necessary information every time from a Council Member. It was also unanimously agreed that the Council supports HAL.
